- Whisk: In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, cornstarch, and water.
- Simmer: Pour sauce over the beef mixture and cook for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
- Finish: Drizzle with sesame oil, stir, and garnish with green onions before serving.
