Description
Crockpot Shrimp Boil is an easy dump and forget dinner recipe. This gets cooked in the slow cooker and tastes so good.
Ingredients

- 2 Tbsp Old Bay Seasoning
- 2 Tbsp Hot Sauce
- 6 cups Water or Low Sodium Chicken Broth
- 1 whole Dried Bay Leaf
- 1 lbs Red Potatoes, 1 1/2 inch chunks
- 2 LARGE Turkey Andouille Sausages, chopped 1 inch chunks
- 2 medium sized Red Onions, finely chopped
- 6 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 Tsp Salt & Pepper
- 2 medium sized Corn on the Cob, chopped into 2 inch chunks
- 1 lbs Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 stick Unsalted Butter, for garnish
- 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice, divided
- Chopped Parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Step 1: Combine water, old bay seasoning, and hot sauce in a bowl
- Step 2: Add the water to the slow cooker. Throw in the potatoes along with onion, garlic, bay leaf, salt, and pepper. Cover cook on high for 2 hours.
- Step 3: Add the chopped Corn on the cob and Andouille Sausage and cover cook for 30-45 minutes.
- Step 4: Add the Shrimps and Cover cook for 5 minutes
- Step 5: Get them out. Garnish with melted butter, old bay seasoning, lemon juice, and chopped Parsley. Enjoy!
Notes
Do not overcook the shrimp to avoid a rubbery texture. If using frozen shrimp, thaw before adding to the crockpot.
