- 1 8 oz package of cream cheese
- 1/2 cup buttermilk ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup buffalo style hot sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cans (12.5 oz each) chicken breast, drained
Instructions
- Step: Turn the crock pot onto the high setting.
- Step: Cut the cream cheese into about 8 pieces and add to the crock pot.
- Step: Once the cream cheese begins to melt, add the remaining ingredients.
- Step: Stir every few minutes until the cheeses have melted and the dip is bubbling, about 10-20 minutes.
- Step: Reduce heat to low.
- Step: Garnish with green onions or fresh parsley if desired.
- Step: Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or celery sticks.
Notes
Feel free to adjust the ratios of buffalo sauce or cheese to suit your personal preference. You may use rotisserie or other cooked chicken in place of canned chicken if preferred.
