Instructions
- Preheat: Preheat the oven to 400°F.

- Roast: Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or foil. Arrange shrimp in a single layer and roast for 8–10 minutes, or until opaque and pink.
- Chill: Place the roasted shrimp in the refrigerator until completely chilled.
- Make Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together ketchup, horseradish, lemon juice, vegetarian-friendly Worcestershire sauce, and brown sugar. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
