Description

This one-pan baked garlic butter salmon is simple, quick, and delicious. It’s perfect for both weeknight dinners and special occasions.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon filets
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 45 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, to garnish

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Step 2: In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  3. Step 3: Arrange the salmon filets in a single layer on a baking pan or dish. Spoon the garlic butter marinade over the salmon filets, making sure each filet is evenly coated.
  4. Step 4: Place the pan with the marinated salmon in the preheated oven. Bake for approximately 20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and easily flakes with a fork.
  5. Step 5: Once the salmon is done, remove it from the oven. Let the filets rest for 3 to 5 minutes. Transfer to serving plates and garnish with a sprinkle of fresh parsley. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

Let the salmon rest for 3-5 minutes after removing from the oven; this allows the juices to redistribute, resulting in a more tender and flavorful fish.
