Description

You will love Crockpot Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta! With juicy chicken, creamy pasta, and minimal effort, it’s a great option for busy weeknights that the entire family will enjoy!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 23 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 bottle Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic Sauce
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 8 oz cream cheese bar
  • 1 box rotini pasta
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Place 2-3 boneless skinless chicken breasts at the bottom of your crockpot and season them on both sides with salt and pepper.
  2. Step 2: Pour an entire bottle of Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic Sauce over the chicken.
  3. Step 3: Pour a cup of milk into the empty sauce bottle, shake well to loosen the remaining sauce, and pour the mixture on top of the chicken.
  4. Step 4: Add a cup of parmesan cheese into the crockpot, stir everything together, and spoon some sauce on top of the chicken breasts to coat them.
  5. Step 5: Place the bar of cream cheese on top of the chicken and put the lid on your crockpot.
  6. Step 6: Cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  7. Step 7: Remove the chicken from the crockpot, shred it using 2 forks, and return the shredded chicken back into the crockpot to stir.
  8. Step 8: Cook the Rotini pasta according to package directions until al dente, drain, and add the cooked pasta to the crockpot.
  9. Step 9: Top with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes if desired.

Notes

Serve with a side of green beans, peas, or a side salad. You can substitute chicken breasts with thighs or rotini with Cavatappi or penne pasta. To make extra sauce, add a splash of milk, heavy cream, or chicken broth.
