Description
Crispy air fryer salmon bites made in under 10 minutes—juicy inside, perfectly seasoned, and ideal for a quick dinner, bowls, or wraps.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 Pound salmon fillet, skin removed and cut into bite-sized cubes
- 1 Tablespoon extra virgin olive oil or avocado oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup
- 1 Tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Prep the salmon: Pat the salmon fillet dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture. Cut the salmon into 1-inch cubes for even cooking.
- Season the Salmon Bites: In a mixing bowl, toss the salmon pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, soy sauce and maple syrup. Ensure all pieces are evenly coated with the seasoning.
- Preheat: Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (190°C) for 3-5 minutes.
- Air Fry Salmon Bites: Place the seasoned salmon bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each piece. Cook for 6-8 minutes, shaking the basket or flipping each piece halfway through to ensure even crispiness.
- Serve and Enjoy: Once cooked, garnish the salmon bites with fresh parsley and serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce or side.
Notes
Cut salmon into even-sized cubes for consistent cooking. Pat salmon dry before seasoning to help achieve crispy edges. For extra crispiness, lightly spray the bites before air frying. Cook time may vary slightly depending on your air fryer model.
