Million dollar chicken casserole is a great recipe that the whole family will love. Filled with chicken in a creamy mix of cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cheeses and seasoning and topped with a yummy cracker crumb.

- 4 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 10.75 ounces condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup crushed buttery crackers
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Mix: In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, sour cream, mayonnaise, cream of chicken soup, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer: Transfer the chicken mixture to the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Topping: In a separate bowl, mix crushed crackers with melted butter. Sprinkle this cracker mixture over the chicken layer.
- Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes or until the casserole is bubbly and the top is golden brown.
- Garnish: Remove from the oven, let it rest for a few minutes, and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Save time by using a rotisserie chicken. Leftovers can be stored in airtight containers in the refrigerator for 3 to 5 days.
