Your salmon bowl dinner and meal prep just got a whole lot easier and delicious. These air fryer salmon bites are perfectly crispy, juicy, and packed with savory Everything Bagel seasoning.

- 1.5 cups jasmine rice
- 3 cups low sodium chicken broth
- 2 tbs soy sauce
- 1 tbs sesame oil
- salt to taste
- 2 lbs salmon, skin removed and sliced into large cubes
- 2 tbs sesame oil
- 2 tbs Everything Bagel seasoning
- 1/2 cup kewpie mayo
- 2 tbs sriracha sauce
- 1 tbs honey
- 1 large avocado, sliced
- 2 carrots, julienned
- 1 mango, diced
- 2 scallions, diced
Instructions
- Step: Prepare your rice using the chicken broth as per package instructions. Once done, fluff the rice and stir in the soy sauce and sesame oil.
- Step: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
- Step: Pat salmon cubes dry and toss with oil and salt to taste. Sprinkle generously with Everything Bagel seasoning.
- Step: Transfer salmon to the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes until the internal temperature reaches at least 145°F. No flipping is required.
- Step: Whisk together kewpie mayo, sriracha, and honey until smooth.
- Step: Assemble the bowls by dividing the rice, salmon, avocado, carrots, mango, and scallions. Drizzle with the spicy mayo before serving.
Notes
Ensure salmon is patted dry before adding the seasoning to achieve the best crispy texture in the air fryer.
